Vermicelli Kheer / Sevaiyan Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 cup vermicelli / Sevaiyan
- 500 ml milk
- sugar
- butter
- cashew nits & almonds
- pistachio nuts / pista
- coconut / naarial khopra (grated)
- 3 cloves
- green cardamom / elaichi
- Chironji / cuddapah almond
- kesar/ Saffron
Directions
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cloves, elaichi and chironji.
- Now add vermicelli and fry till they become golden brown.
- Add milk and boil it.
- Add grated khopra and sugar according to your taste and stir well.
- Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cashew nuts, almonds, pista and saffron. Mix well.
- Serve immediately... !!!
