Veg Noodles
Ingredients
- Noodles
- chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onions, beans
- maggi masala
- black pepper powder
- soy sauce
- chili sauce
- tomato sauce
- vinegar
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
Directions
- Cook noodles in ample amount of water. Drain and rinse them with cold water.
- Take a pan and add oil. Saute garlic ginger paste and veggies on medium flame for 5 minutes
- Add maggi masala, chili sauce, soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar. and salt.
- Add boiled Noodles and fry for 2 to 4 minutes
- Serve hottt !!!!!
