Veg Noodles

Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onions, beans
  • maggi masala
  • black pepper powder
  • soy sauce
  • chili sauce
  • tomato sauce
  • vinegar
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • salt





Directions

  • Cook noodles in ample amount of water. Drain and rinse them with cold water.
  • Take a pan and add oil. Saute garlic ginger paste and veggies on medium flame for 5 minutes
  • Add maggi masala, chili sauce, soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar. and salt.
  • Add boiled Noodles and fry for 2 to 4 minutes
  • Serve hottt !!!!!
