Veg Lollipop
Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes
- chopped cabbage, cauliflower
- finely chopped carrot
- chopped onions
- frozen green peas
- chopped coriander leaves
- ginger garlic paste
- Corn flour
- Maida/ All purpose flour
- green chilies
- Icecream stick/ bread stick/ toothpick
- spices (cumin seed powder, chili powder)
- oil
Directions
- Smash the boiled potatoes, add salt and veggies. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes
- now squeeze the excess water from the mixture.
- Add Corn flour, maida, ginger garlic paste, and spices. Mix well. You can also add fennel seeds.
- Make oval shaped balls and insert icecream stick in each ball.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these balls till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and chutney.
