Achaari Aaloo
Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes
- Asafoetida (heeng)
- cumin seeds
- Fenugreek (methi)
- Garam masala
- turmeric powder
- red chili powder
- coriander powder(dhaniya powder)
- ginger garlic paste
- dry mango powder (amchur)
- fennel powder (saunf)
- mustard oil
- salt
Directions
- Take a pan and add mustard oil.
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, fennel powder, asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Lastly add Dry mango powder and salt.
- Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes till it becomes crispy and garnish it with corriander leaves.
- Serve hott !!!
