Achaari Aaloo

Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes
  • Asafoetida (heeng)
  • cumin seeds
  • Fenugreek (methi)
  • Garam masala
  • turmeric powder
  • red chili powder
  • coriander powder(dhaniya powder)
  • ginger garlic paste
  • dry mango powder (amchur)
  • fennel powder (saunf)
  • mustard oil
  • salt

Directions

  • Take a pan and add mustard oil.
  • Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, fennel powder, asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  • Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Lastly add Dry mango powder and salt.
  • Cook for about 5 to 6  minutes till it becomes crispy and garnish it with corriander leaves.
  • Serve hott !!!
