Veg Cutlet
Ingredients
- Bread slices
- Boiled potato (mashed)
- Green Peas
- grated carrot
- grated cabbage
- chopped onions
- green chilies
- Garam masala
- cumin seeds (jeera)
- Dry breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
Directions
- take 1 tbsp oil & add finely chopped onions and saute. You can also add ginger garlic paste.
- Add all the veggies and green peas(boiled). Cook it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- Dip bread slices in water and immediately take it out and squeeze it. Add it to veggie mixture.
- Add mashed boiled potatoes, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, jeera, green chilies, and salt. Mix well
- Make oval shaped balls and coat each ball with dry breadcrumbs. If you are not able to form balls add some breadcrumbs into the mixture and try again.
- Deep fry these balls and serve them with chutney !!!
