Veg Cutlet

Ingredients

  • Bread slices
  • Boiled potato (mashed)
  • Green Peas
  • grated carrot
  • grated cabbage
  • chopped onions
  • green chilies
  • Garam masala
  • cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Dry breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste






Directions

  • take 1 tbsp oil & add finely chopped onions and saute.  You can also add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add all the veggies and green peas(boiled). Cook it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Dip bread slices in water and immediately take it out and squeeze it. Add it to veggie mixture.
  • Add mashed boiled potatoes, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, jeera, green chilies, and salt. Mix well
  • Make oval shaped balls and coat each ball with dry breadcrumbs. If you are not able to form balls add some breadcrumbs into the mixture and try again.
  • Deep fry these balls and serve them with chutney !!!
