Ingredients
Soaked Sabudana (for 4-5 hour)- 2.5 cup
Sliced Boiled potatoes - 2
Raw crushed peanuts -
Ghee - 2tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies - 2
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt / Sendha Namak / Rock Salt
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice (optional)
Directions
In a Kadhai, add 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds, chopped red chilli and sliced boiled potatoes.
Saute till it becomes red and Crisp. Later add raw crushed peanuts and give it a good mix.
Add 1 tsp red chilli powder and 2.5 cup of soaked Sabudana. Mix well and add salt, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Serve Hot with Curd and enjoy !!!
