Sabudana Khichdi | Vrat Special Sabudana Khichdi (Non-Sticky)

Ingredients

  • Soaked Sabudana  (for 4-5 hour)- 2.5 cup
  • Sliced Boiled potatoes - 2 
  • Raw crushed peanuts - 
  • Ghee - 2tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies - 2
  • Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt / Sendha Namak / Rock Salt
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Lemon Juice (optional)

Directions

  • In a Kadhai, add 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds, chopped red chilli and sliced boiled potatoes.
  • Saute till it becomes red and Crisp. Later add raw crushed peanuts and give it a good mix.
  • Add 1 tsp red chilli powder and 2.5 cup of soaked Sabudana. Mix well and add salt, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Serve Hot with Curd and enjoy !!!
