Parle G Chocolate Cake without oven | Biscuit Cake Recipe without oven |

Do You like chocolate cake ?  Do you like Parle-G Biscuits ?
Let us mix these two and bake a Parle-G chocolate cake.

This is a rich and moist chocolate cake. It only takes a few minutes to prepare the batter. So without wasting anymore time here's the list of Ingredients required.

  • 2 packets of Parle-G Biscuit (approx 140 gm)
  • 1.5-2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence




Direction

  • Firstly Grind 2 packets of Parle-G biscuits. To this Add 2 Tbsp Sugar and give it a good mix.
  • Add 1/2 cup milk in steps till we get a smooth and shiny batter.
  • Afterwards add Cocoa Powder and mix well. It will give a dark chocolaty color and taste.
  • Add 1 tsp Vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Take a cake mould and grease it properly using oil and all purpose flour.
  • Lastly add 1 tsp baking powder and gently fold the batter.
  • Take a Kadhai and place a stand in it. Cover the lid and heat for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • After 10 min carefully open the lid and place the mould properly. Cover and Cook for 35 min on low flame.
