Hara Bhara Kabab

Ingredients

  • Spinach / Palak
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Green peas (fresh\frozen)
  • Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Gram floor/ besan
  • roasted peanuts
  • Cashew Nuts


Directions

  • Boil the spinach in salted water for 5 min. Drain and keep it aside.
  • Roast gram floor. In a bowl, grate boiled potatoes and boiled peas. Add Spinach green chili paste, roasted gram floor and ginger garlic paste. 
  • Add peanuts, salt, mango powder, garam masala and mix it.(you can use mixer)
  • Mix the kabab mixture uniformly and shape into round patties.
  • You can garnish it with cashew nuts.
  • Deep fry the patties and serve immediately.
