Hara Bhara Kabab
Ingredients
- Spinach / Palak
- Boiled potatoes
- Green peas (fresh\frozen)
- Ginger-Garlic paste
- Gram floor/ besan
- roasted peanuts
- Cashew Nuts
Directions
- Boil the spinach in salted water for 5 min. Drain and keep it aside.
- Roast gram floor. In a bowl, grate boiled potatoes and boiled peas. Add Spinach green chili paste, roasted gram floor and ginger garlic paste.
- Add peanuts, salt, mango powder, garam masala and mix it.(you can use mixer)
- Mix the kabab mixture uniformly and shape into round patties.
- You can garnish it with cashew nuts.
- Deep fry the patties and serve immediately.
