PizZa Dosa

Ingredients Dosa batter finely chopped capsicum, onions, tomato, carrot grated cheese tomato sauce chili sauce oregano oil Directions  Heat the pan and spread oil all over the pan. Take a laddle full of dosa batter and spread, take another laddle and add it on top.  DO NOT SPREAD.  Cook in low medium flame. Now add the chopped vegetables on the top of the batter. Cook until its half cooked. Lastly Add grated cheese and cover. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.Serve hot with oregano, tomato sauce and chili sauce

Plain Dosa

Ingredients 1/2 cup idli rice  1/2 cup regular rice 1/4 cup urad dal 1 tbsp poha water salt Directions In a bowl take 1/2 cup normal rice, 1/2 cup idli rice along with urad dal. Rince the rice couple of times and keep it aside. Rince poha in a seperate bowl and mix it with the rice mixture. Pour 2 cup of water and soak it for about 5-6 hours. Drain all the water and add soaked ingredients in a grinder. Add water accordingly and grind till you get a fine consistency. Now take a bowl in a large pan and add rock salt. Mix well, cover and allow to ferment for 7-8 hours or may be some more(depending on temperature). Now stir the batter and heat a pan. Spread oil all over the pan and pour the batter. Gently spread the batter starting from center and moving outwards. Heat well. If required, add 1 tbsp oil on the dosa and cook till the base is nicely golden and crisp. Serve hot with coconut chutney or with potato masala

Moong Dal Halwa

Ingredients 1 cup moong Dal Ghee 2-3 cardamons (powdered) sliced almonds sliced cashew nuts 1 cup milk sugar Directions Soak  moong dal overnight. Drain and then grind the moong dal to a smooth paste with some amount of water. Add ghee in a non stick pan and add moong dal paste. Stir well. keep on stirring the halwa on a low flame. (the aroma of raw halwa should go completely) the halwa should reach a granular consistency. take a sperate bowl and add boiled milk and sugar. Mix well. now add this milk to halwa. You should be careful while doing this. Stir well. The liquid should get absorbed. When you see ghee getting seperated, your halwa will be ready. Lastly add cardamon powder and dry fruits.

Aaloo Paratha

Ingredients Boiled potatoes Whole wheat (aata) 1/2 tbsp carom seeds (ajwain) Red chili powder cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp garam masala fennel seeds (saunf) salt water oil or ghee Directions Mix the flour with oil and salt. Add water as required and knead it to make a soft dough. Take mashed potatoes and add cumin seeds, red chili powder, fennel seeds, garam masala, carom seeds and salt. Mix well. You can also add ginger paste. Make balls out of dough and and roll it to a small circle. Place the potato stuffing and roll again (using flour) Place the stuffed aaloo paratha on a hot tava/ griddle. Brush some oil or ghee and flip the paratha. Flip again and brush oil on other side. Cook well. Serve hot with yogurt or mango pickle.

Achaari Aaloo

Ingredients Boiled potatoes Asafoetida (heeng) cumin seeds Fenugreek (methi) Garam masala turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder(dhaniya powder) ginger garlic paste dry mango powder (amchur) fennel powder (saunf) mustard oil salt Directions Take a pan and add mustard oil. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, fennel powder, asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Lastly add Dry mango powder and salt. Cook for about 5 to 6  minutes till it becomes crispy and garnish it with corriander leaves. Serve hott !!!

Lauki / Bottle Gourd Kofta

Ingredients 2 cups grated lauki 2 tomatoes onions green chili paste besan/ gram floor garam masala Ginger garlic paste turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds salt oil Directions Peel the bottle gourd / lauki and grate it. squeeze the grated lauki ans add besan. Mix well.  Add green chili paste, salt and garam masala.Mix well. Make balls out of it and deep fry them. take 2 chopped tomatoes & onion and grind it to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and tomato onion paste. Stir and continue to fry until oil appears from side. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala. Stir well Add water and let it boil. Add salt accordingly. Add koftas/ balls and cover the pan for 3 minutes. Garnish it with coriander  leaves and serve hot !!!

Veg Cutlet

Ingredients Bread slices Boiled potato (mashed) Green Peas grated carrot grated cabbage chopped onions green chilies Garam masala cumin seeds (jeera) Dry breadcrumbs salt to taste Directions take 1 tbsp oil & add finely chopped onions and saute.  You can also add ginger garlic paste. Add all the veggies and green peas(boiled). Cook it for 10 minutes and keep it aside. Dip bread slices in water and immediately take it out and squeeze it. Add it to veggie mixture. Add mashed boiled potatoes, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, jeera, green chilies, and salt. Mix well Make oval shaped balls and coat each ball with dry breadcrumbs. If you are not able to form balls add some breadcrumbs into the mixture and try again. Deep fry these balls and serve them with chutney !!!

Maggi Sandwich

Ingredients Maggi (1 packet) Bread butter Directions Boil water & add maggi and maggi masala. Cook for 10 minutes and keep it aside. Take 2 piece of bread and apply butter. You can also spread some chutney. place maggi and cover. Toast them in a toaster. Serve hot with ketchup...!!

Maggi Pasta !!

Ingredients Maggi (1 packet)  Pasta (1 cup) Maggi masala(2 packets) chopped onions ginger paste Chili sauce soy sauce oil Directions Boil pasta for 10-15 minutes and keep it aside Take a pan, add oil & chopped onions. Fry till golden brown. You can also add chopped tomatoes or chopped capsicum. Add maggi masala, 1/2 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp tomato sauce. Mix well Now add 2 cups of water and add maggi. Let it boil for 5-7 minutes and then add pasta. Cook for 3 minutes and serve immediately.

Banana Milk Shake !!

Ingredients 3-4 bananas 1.5 cup coconut milk sugar vanilla powder/essence Directions Peel the bananas and chop them. Add coconut milk, vanilla powder/essence ,sugar and bananas into the blender. blend everything till smooth. Serve immediately.

Coconut Milk

Ingredients Grated coconut water (normal) Directions Take all the grated coconut, add 1 cup of water and blend it till the coconut is ground well. Now strain the mixture in a cheesecloth and collect the extract in a bowl. (thick extract) Again put back the coconut residue in a blender, add 1.5 cups of water and blend it. Strain the mixture using cheesecloth and collect the extract in another bowl. (thin extract) Continue the above process 2-3 times. You can also refrigerate and use it later.

Veg Lollipop

Ingredients Boiled potatoes chopped cabbage, cauliflower finely chopped carrot chopped onions frozen green peas chopped coriander leaves ginger garlic paste Corn flour Maida/ All purpose flour green chilies Icecream stick/ bread stick/ toothpick spices (cumin seed powder, chili powder) oil Directions Smash the boiled potatoes, add salt and veggies. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes now squeeze the excess water from the mixture. Add Corn flour, maida, ginger garlic paste, and spices. Mix well. You can also add fennel seeds. Make oval shaped balls and insert icecream stick in each ball. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these balls till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce and chutney.

Aaloo Chaat

Ingredients 7-8 Boiled baby potatoes Oil 1/2 tbsp Chili powder Chick pea flour/besan 1 tbsp dried mango powder /amchur 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder / haldi Saunf powder( fennel powder) chaat masala 2 tbsp cumin powder (jeera powder) black pepper powder lemon juice Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 cup whisked curd green chutney (coriander ) sweet chutney (imli) sprouts (optional) Sev Directions Combine 1 tbsp oil, turmeric powder, fennel powder, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, dried mango powder, and salt. Add potatoes, mix well and keep it aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the prepared marinated potatoes. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes. Now Garnish it with curd and chutneys. Sprinkle chaat masala, black pepper powder and cumin seed powder. You can also add sprouts and sev(mixture).

Vermicelli Kheer / Sevaiyan Kheer

Ingredients 1 cup vermicelli / Sevaiyan 500 ml milk sugar butter cashew nits & almonds pistachio nuts / pista coconut / naarial khopra (grated) 3 cloves green cardamom / elaichi Chironji / cuddapah almond kesar/ Saffron Directions Heat ghee in a pan and add cloves, elaichi and chironji. Now add vermicelli and fry till they become golden brown. Add milk and boil it. Add grated khopra and sugar according to your taste and stir well. Boil it for 5-7 minutes. Add cashew nuts, almonds, pista and saffron. Mix well. Serve immediately... !!!

Veg Biryani

Ingredients   Basmati rice onions , cauliflower, potatoes, carrot and beans(chopped) soy chunks (optional) green peas (frozen) green chili garam masala biryani masala ginger garlic paste 2 cardamons (elaichi) 2 cloves (laung) 1 cinnamon (dalchini) bay leaf (tej patta) Jeera Butter/ ghee Cashew nuts & Almonds (for garnishing) Directions Soak 2 cups of rice in water for 10-15 minutes. Take a pressure cooker and add oil. heat it for few minutes. Add jeera , cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Fry until golden. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add all the veggies. Saute for 3-5 minutes. You can also add soy chunks. To add soy chunks soak them in hot water until soft. squeeze up the water and add. Add 1/2 tbsp garam masala and mix well. Add biryani masala and turmeric powder. Add 4.5 cups of water and salt. Add almonds and cashew nuts. Stir well and bring the water to a rapid boi

Veg Noodles

Ingredients Noodles chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onions, beans maggi masala black pepper powder soy sauce chili sauce tomato sauce vinegar Ginger garlic paste salt Directions Cook noodles in ample amount of water. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Take a pan and add oil. Saute garlic ginger paste and veggies on medium flame for 5 minutes Add maggi masala, chili sauce, soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar. and salt. Add boiled Noodles and fry for 2 to 4 minutes Serve hottt !!!!!

Chilli paneer !

Ingredients 250 gram paneer Corn flour Black pepper powder garam masala chili powder sliced onion, sliced capsicum, sliced chilies. finely chopped garlic and ginger soy sauce chili sauce vinegar sugar and salt Directions Slice the paneer in cubes and keep it aside. Add 2 tbsp cornflour, chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala water and salt. Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Heat 3 tbsp oil and place the paneer cubes flip over and fry till golden and crisp. keep them aside. In the same pan heat oil and add sliced(vertically) capsicum and sliced onions. Add finely chopped ginger garlic and fry them. Add chili sauce vinegar , soy sauce, tomato sauce and mix well. In a bowl take 1/2 tbsp cornflour and mix it water. Add this mixture to thicken the sauce. add paneer cubes and Mix well. garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onions. Serve hot !!!

Honey Chilli Potato

Ingredients Potato fingers chopped spring onions chopped coriander chopped garlic honey chilly sauce ginger-garlic paste vinegar sugar cornflour Chili flakes sesame (roasted) Directions Combine potatoes , 1 tbsp garlic paste , chili powder, 2 tbsp chili sauce , 2 tbsp cornflour and salt in deep bowl. Heat oil and deep fry them till they turn crisp and golden. Drain them and keep it aside. Heat oil and add some chopped garlic and saute. Add chili sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and mix well. Add 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sugar and mix well. Combine the deep fried potatoes in the prepared sauce. Garnish it with spring onions roasted sesame seeds and coriander leaves. serve immediately .....!!!!

Spicy Sandwich

Ingredients FOR CHUTNEY 1 cup coriander leaves 2-3 green chilies 1 tomato salt, chaat masala  Garlic paste FOR SANDWICH Sliced tomato , onions, capsicum, cucumber. sliced boiled potato. Brown bread. Black pepper powder Chaat masala Butter Directions Blend all the ingredients mentioned under chutney in a grinder. Keep the chutney aside. Apply butter on bread slices. Apply green chutney and add veggies between the slices. Sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper powder. toast the sandwich in a toaster or griller. remove when done and serve hot with ketchup.

Hara Bhara Kabab

Ingredients Spinach / Palak Boiled potatoes Green peas (fresh\frozen) Ginger-Garlic paste Gram floor/ besan roasted peanuts Cashew Nuts Directions Boil the spinach in salted water for 5 min. Drain and keep it aside. Roast gram floor.  In a bowl, grate boiled potatoes and boiled peas. Add Spinach green chili paste, roasted gram floor and ginger garlic paste.  Add peanuts, salt, mango powder, garam masala and mix it.(you can use mixer) Mix the kabab mixture uniformly and shape into round patties. You can garnish it with cashew nuts. Deep fry the patties and serve immediately.

Red Sauce Pasta

Ingredients 2 cup penne pasta black pepper powder tomato paste chili sauce chopped onions,chopped tomatoes. chili flakes oregano vinegar salt Directions Heat the oil in large pan, add onion,garlic and saute. Add tomato and tomato paste and mix well. Add maggi masala for extra taste. Add chili sauce, black pepper powder. Add boiled pasta and vinegar and mix well. Add salt chili flakes and oregano. Add ketchup and toss to combine. Serve immediately.

White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients 2 cup pasta Butter Maida / all purpose floor Chopped bell pepper(optional) Sweet corn Oregano, chili flakes , black pepper powder 1.5 cup milk Directions Boil water and add pasta with some drops of oil. Drain it and keep it aside. T ake a pan, add 1 tbsp butter, boiled corn, chopped Bell pepper and saute for few minutes. Remove to plate. Now in the same pan add butter and add 1 tbsp of maida and mix well. Now add 1.5 cup of boiled and cooled milk. The mixture will start to thicken. Add oregano ,chili flakes ,black pepper powder and salt. Mix it until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. Add sauteed veggies and Pasta. Garnish it with some herbs and serve.

Veg Manchurian

Ingredients Balls 1/2 cup carrot (grated) 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper  1/2 cup chopped cabbage 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder 1/2 cup spring onion 2 tbsp cornflour maida SAUCE spring onion 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste soya sauce chili sauce vinegar  cornflour chopped veggies (for garnishing) Directions Balls Take a bowl. mix all finely chopped veggies. add little bit of salt and keep it aside for 10 min. squeeze the water out of the vegetables and make balls out of it. heat the oil and deep fry them.(till brown) Sauce Take a pan and add some oil. Fry the onions, green chili, and ginger garlic paste. Add some black pepper powder. Add soya sauce and chili sauce. Take a bowl of water separately and add 2 tbsp cornflour. Mix well Now add this mixture to thicken the sauce.  Add vinegar, salt and balls. Boil it for 5 min. Later you can add maggi masala. Now garnish it with some finely chopped veggies

Cold Coffee with Ice Cream

Ingredients Required 1 tbsp coffee 1 glass milk 2 tbsp sugar 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream Ice cubes Directions Take a jar and add 1 tbsp coffee and  some warm milk. Mix well. Add milk, sugar to it and use blender till it becomes thick. Now add some ice cubes and again use blender till the foam appears. Add vanilla scoop and mix well. Before serving add a vanilla scoop and liquid chocolate for garnishing.

Chocolate Milk Shake

INGREDIENTS  REQUIRED 3 Scoops chocolate ice cream 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream Chocolate Syrup 1 cup milk crushed chocolate DIRECTIONS Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Now garnish it with some crushed chocolate. Milkshake is Ready !!!!

Biscuit Cake !!!

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED Parle-G biscuits - 20 biscuits  Hide and Seek Biscuit - 20 biscuits Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp Milk - 1 cup (lukewarm) Chocolate essence - 3/4 tbsp  Eno/ baking powder- 1/2 tbsp  Cashew nuts or almonds(for garnishing) METHOD Powder the biscuits (hide and seek and parle-G) separately in a mixer. Then mix both well. Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts (if using) and mix well. Add vanilla essence, milk (little at a time) and mix without lumps to get a smooth batter. I added one cup of milk. Before adding eno/baking powder bring water to boil in a steamer or cooker or any pan and keep it ready. Add eno and mix well with a spatula. Transfer the batter to the greased baking tin, place it on the pan or cooker and steam cook covered. You should not allow the batter to rest after adding eno You should steam immediately after adding Eno Steam for the first 15 minutes on high flame. How To Make Mug Pizza !!!

In a microwaveable mug, combine 4 tablespoons of flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of baking soda.  Add 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix thoroughly.  Add some soya sauce and chilli sauce. Top with some shredded cheese, pepperoni, and some veggies. Microwave for 70-80 seconds—and eat up!

Top 3 Cooking Tips

To make softer chapattis, take the flour, add warm water and some warm milk and knead the dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes before making chapattis.   When boiling potatoes or eggs, add a pinch of salt to the water. This will help peel the skin easily later. Adding few drops of oil to the rice before cooking it will prevent it from becoming sticky
