Veg Manchurian
Ingredients
Balls
- 1/2 cup carrot (grated)
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- maida
SAUCE
- spring onion
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- soya sauce
- chili sauce
- vinegar
- cornflour
- chopped veggies (for garnishing)
Directions
Balls
- Take a bowl. mix all finely chopped veggies. add little bit of salt and keep it aside for 10 min.
- squeeze the water out of the vegetables and make balls out of it.
- heat the oil and deep fry them.(till brown)
Sauce
- Take a pan and add some oil.
- Fry the onions, green chili, and ginger garlic paste.
- Add some black pepper powder.
- Add soya sauce and chili sauce.
- Take a bowl of water separately and add 2 tbsp cornflour. Mix well
- Now add this mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Add vinegar, salt and balls.
- Boil it for 5 min.
- Later you can add maggi masala.
- Now garnish it with some finely chopped veggies
