Veg Manchurian

Ingredients

Balls

  1. 1/2 cup carrot (grated)
  2. 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 
  3. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  4. 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  5. 1/2 cup spring onion
  6. 2 tbsp cornflour
  7. maida

SAUCE

  1. spring onion
  2. 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  3. soya sauce
  4. chili sauce
  5. vinegar 
  6. cornflour
  7. chopped veggies (for garnishing)






Directions

Balls

  1. Take a bowl. mix all finely chopped veggies. add little bit of salt and keep it aside for 10 min.
  2. squeeze the water out of the vegetables and make balls out of it.
  3. heat the oil and deep fry them.(till brown)

Sauce


  1. Take a pan and add some oil.
  2. Fry the onions, green chili, and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add some black pepper powder.
  4. Add soya sauce and chili sauce.
  5. Take a bowl of water separately and add 2 tbsp cornflour. Mix well
  6. Now add this mixture to thicken the sauce. 
  7. Add vinegar, salt and balls.
  8. Boil it for 5 min.
  9. Later you can add maggi masala.
  10. Now garnish it with some finely chopped veggies
