Achaari Aaloo
Ingredients Boiled potatoes Asafoetida (heeng) cumin seeds Fenugreek (methi) Garam masala turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder(dhaniya powder) ginger garlic paste dry mango powder (amchur) fennel powder (saunf) mustard oil salt Directions Take a pan and add mustard oil. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, fennel powder, asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Lastly add Dry mango powder and salt. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes till it becomes crispy and garnish it with corriander leaves. Serve hott !!!
