Happy Holi Everyone Why always Thandayi, try something different. Petha Malayi & Rose Petha Shake
Ingredients
Petha - 4 slices
Milk - 2.5 cup
Rooh-Afza - 1 tbsp
Custard powder - 1 tbsp
pinch of cardamon powder
chopped almonds and cashew nuts
Directions
For Rose Petha Shake grate 2 pethas and add 1 tbsp rooh-afza. Give it a good mix. Later add 1 cup milk, chopped almonds and cashews and pinch of cardamon powder. Serve Chilled.
For Malayi Petha boil 1 cup of milk and add 1 tbsp sugar. Take 1/4 cup of warm milk and add 1 tbsp of custard powder and mix well. There should be no lumps. Later add this to the boiling milk and stir till it thickens. Cool Completely and refrigerate for 1 hour. Now take a glass and add this custard milk, add grated petha and mix well. Garnish it with chopped almonds and cashew nuts.
