Chilli Potato / Potato Chilli

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 medium sized potatoes (sliced)
  • 1 Capsicum (cubed)
  • 1 Onion (cubed)
  • Chopped ginger-garlic-chilli
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Water

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil water and add sliced potatoes and salt. Boil for 3 minutes and cool completely.
  • Now take a bowl add boiled potato wedges and add 2 tbsp cornflour and 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder.
  • Mix well and deep fry them till they become golden and crisp.
  • Take another pan and heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger-garlic-chili and mix well.
  • Now add Cubed onion and cubed capsicum & Saute.
  • Later add Soy sauce, Chili sauce and Vinegar. Add cornflour mixture (1 tbsp cornflour + 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder) and add fried potato wedges. Add Salt and give it a good mix. You can also add spring onion.
  • Serve hot !!!
