Chilli Potato / Potato Chilli
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium sized potatoes (sliced)
- 1 Capsicum (cubed)
- 1 Onion (cubed)
- Chopped ginger-garlic-chilli
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Green Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Water

DIRECTIONS
- Boil water and add sliced potatoes and salt. Boil for 3 minutes and cool completely.
- Now take a bowl add boiled potato wedges and add 2 tbsp cornflour and 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder.
- Mix well and deep fry them till they become golden and crisp.
- Take another pan and heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger-garlic-chili and mix well.
- Now add Cubed onion and cubed capsicum & Saute.
- Later add Soy sauce, Chili sauce and Vinegar. Add cornflour mixture (1 tbsp cornflour + 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder) and add fried potato wedges. Add Salt and give it a good mix. You can also add spring onion.
- Serve hot !!!
