Crispy Chapati Bhel
Ingredients
Chapatis - 3
Boiled potato - 1
Onion (finely chopped) - 1
Tomato (finely chopped) - 1
Green chilies (chopped)
Green Chutney
Aaloo Sev / Bhujiya
coriander leaves (chopped)
Chaat masala 1/2 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Directions
- Take the leftover chapatis and roast them on a griddle.(You can also deep fry or microwave (grill mode) the chapatis)
- Now crush the chapatis into small pieces and add chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, boiled potato and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add green chutney, chaat masala and salt. (You can also add tamarind chutney and curd)
- Add lemon juice and aaloo sev.
