Crispy Maggi

Maggi is one of our's favorite. Isn't it ? But why having the same maggi again and again. Lets bring some twist in it. CRISPY MAGGI with a twisty crisppppp INGREDIENTS Maggi Packet 1 sliced capsicum 1 sliced carrot 1 Maggi masala 1 packet salt (as per taste) oil DIRECTIONS Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the maggi noodles till they turn golden brown. Heat oil in another pan and add sliced capsicum and sliced carrot. Saute well. (for 5-7 minutes) Now add maggi masala (Here i've added 1 extra packet of maggi masala) and 5-8 tbsp of water. Add black pepper powder and salt. Serve hottt !!!

Stuffed idli

INGREDIENTS For idli batter 1 cup rava/semolina 1 cup curd ½ tsp baking soda water as required salt to taste For Stuffing Boiled potatoes - 2 Chopped onions - 2 Chopped green chilies 2-3 soaked chana dal 1/2 tbsp soaked urad dal 1/2 tbsp roasted peanuts chopped coriander leaves Spices including mustard seeds, jeera/cumin seeds, red chili powder, dry mango powder/amchur, dry coriander powder/ dhaniya, turmeric powder and saunf Oil DIRECTIONS Stuffing Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, jeera and green chilies. Now add soaked urad- chana dal and mix well. Add chopped onions and fry until they turn golden pink in color. Once the onions have changed the color, add boiled mashed potatoes. Now add spices and mix it properly. Add chopped coriander leaves and allow it to cool. Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten them as a patties and keep aside. Tomato Rice

Are You the one don't like to waste food ?  To avoid food wastage one should find smart ways to use up leftovers. Its not practical to cook perfect amount of food every time. Refrigerating the food and eating the same will be quite boring. Leftovers are very common these days. If you have leftover rice, no need to worry. Tomato rice is one of the simplest dish which you and your kids will love eating. Its a quick pick recipe every one should try. Ingredients Tomato puree 1 cup Leftover rice onions(chopped) 1 green chilies (chopped) ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp soaked urad dal soaked chana dal cashew nuts 5-6 curry leaves red chili powder 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp dhaniya powder 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tbsp salt & sugar Directions Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and onions. Fry till the onion becomes pink. Now add cashew nuts and soaked urad chana dal. Later add tomato puree and saute well....

Appe sticks

Are you confused what to serve when some guest arrives at your home. I'll help you out. "Appe sticks" is one of the tastiest dish someone will love eating. The best thing about this dish is its presentation. Lets start with the RECIPE INGREDIENTS Suji/ semolina 1 cup Curd 4-5 tbsp Mustard seeds(1/2 tbsp) Red chili powder(1/2 tbsp) Garam masala(1/2 tbsp) Saunf(1/2 tbsp) Soda (1/4 tbsp) Salt DIRECTIONS Take one cup of suji or semolina. Add 4-5 tbsp of curd with little amount of water. Mix well. Add mustard seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, Saunf,  soda and salt. Preheat the appe moulds and grease it with oil. Add spoonful of batter and cook. Turn upside down using wooden stick or knife. Cook until the surface becomes golden brown. Take thin skewers stick and insert them one after another. Garnish it with Mayonnaise, green chutney and ketchup. Serve hott!!                       ...

Papad Pizza

Happiness is a slice of Pizza Papad. Trying something new and innovative is the main aim of "THE COOKERY SHOWW". Lets take a look Ingredients Papad Boiled potatoes 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 1 Onions (chopped) 1 capsicum (chopped) 1 Sweet Corns (boiled) Black pepper powder Chaat masala Oregano Chili flakes Mayonnaise Tomato Sauce Salt Directions Cut the papad into 4 equal halves. Take oil in a pan and add chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till its nicely cooked. Now add boiled mashed potatoes, boiled corns, chaat masala, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder and salt. (you can also add spices of your choice). Fill the stuffing between 2 equal halves of papad and repeat the same procedure with rest of the papads. Heat oil in another pan. Place these stuffed papads and toast till it becomes lightly crisp. Garnish it with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and serve hot !!!!

Street Burger

Ingredients Burger Bun Sliced potatoes Sliced onions Sliced capsicum Mayonnaise Tomato sauce Chili Sauce Chaat masala Black pepper powder Butter Directions Heat oil in a pan and add veggies. Fry till the become golden pink. Cut the bun into two equal halves and toast it till it till it becomes lightly crisp. Spread tomato sauce and mayonnaise & place veggies. Sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper powder. Add grated cheese and grill it in microwave at 180 C for 3-4 minutes. Serve hott !!! step by step images
