Chilli Paneer | Restaurant Style Chilli Paneer Recipe | Dry Chilli Paneer
One of the favorite dishes from Indian Chinese cuisine is Chilli Paneer. This Chilli Paneer recipe gives restaurant style taste and flavor. Chilli paneer is my all time favorite, i make it quite often..I have posted it before in this blog, that is a little variation of this recipe. Quickly Look at the Ingredients Ingredients Paneer Cubes / Cottage Cheese - 200 gm Ginger-chili-garlic (finely chopped) Cubed Onions - 2 Cubed Capsicum - 2 All purpose flour / Maida - 3 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp Black pepper Salt Oil Spring Onions (for garnishing) Directions In a bowl add 3 tbsp all purpose flour/maida, 2 tbsp cornflour , red chili powder and salt. Give it a good mix. Now add water in steps to form a thick paste. Add 200 gm Paneer cubes and coat well. Heat oil and carefully drop these Paneer cubes one by one. Deep fry them in medium hot oil.
