Quick Kalakand Recipe / Kalakand using paneer and condensed milk

Kalakand is a Rich Milk cake, one of the popular Indian sweet. Traditional method of making kalakand is quite long and takes more time Try this Quick kalakand recipe and serve in this Navratri Ingredients Grated Paneer 80 gms Condensed milk 100 gm (Amul Mithayi Mate) Milk 1/4 cup Rose Water 1 tbsp Cardamon powder / Elaichi Powder 1/4 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp (optional) Chopped Pistachios Chopped Almonds Directions Take a heavy bottomed pan (nonstick kadhayi). Add Condensed milk and grated paneer. Cook this mixture on medium flame and stir continuously. Later add 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 tbsp of Cardamon powder. Make sure you stir continuously.  For flavoring add 1 tbsp of rose water. I've also added 1 tbsp of sugar to make it more sweet. Sprout Cups | Bread Katori Chaat

Ingredients 1 cup sprouts Brown Bread slices - 6 Chopped onions - 1 Chopped green chilies Chaat masala Lemon juice Red chili powder Green coriander chutney Tamarind  chutney Curd Sev (any mixture) Direction Soak sprouts overnight. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds, soaked sprouts and 1/2 cup water. Pressure cook them for 2-3 whistle. Now take bread slices and cut the corners. Apply some water and roll using rolling pin. Take a bowl and cut the bread into circular shape. Similarly prepare all other bread slices. Now take a  muffin tray and grease with butter/ghee. Place all the bread slices as shown in the video. Coat with butter/ghee. Microwave them at 160 degree for 15 minutes (if using white bread microwave at 180 degree for 15 minutes).
