INGREDIENTS    3 medium sized potatoes (sliced)  1 Capsicum (cubed)  1 Onion (cubed)  Chopped ginger-garlic-chilli  Cornflour - 2 tbsp  Black pepper powder 1 tbsp  Soy sauce - 1 tbsp  Green Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp  Vinegar - 1 tbsp  Salt  Water        Full Video -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WABdawQlrIA   (don't forget to SUBSCRIBE)   DIRECTIONS     Boil water and add sliced potatoes and salt. Boil for 3 minutes and cool completely.  Now take a bowl add boiled potato wedges and add 2 tbsp cornflour and 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder.  Mix well and deep fry them till they become golden and crisp.  Take another pan and heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger-garlic-chili and mix well.  Now add Cubed onion and cubed capsicum & Saute.  Later add Soy sauce, Chili sauce and Vinegar. Add cornflour mixture (1 tbsp cornflour + 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder) and add fried potato wedges. Add Salt and give it a good mix. You can also add spring onion.  Serve hot !!!
