Appe sticks

Are you confused what to serve when some guest arrives at your home. I'll help you out. "Appe sticks" is one of the tastiest dish someone will love eating. The best thing about this dish is its presentation. Lets start with the RECIPE INGREDIENTS Suji/ semolina 1 cup Curd 4-5 tbsp Mustard seeds(1/2 tbsp) Red chili powder(1/2 tbsp) Garam masala(1/2 tbsp) Saunf(1/2 tbsp) Soda (1/4 tbsp) Salt DIRECTIONS Take one cup of suji or semolina. Add 4-5 tbsp of curd with little amount of water. Mix well. Add mustard seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, Saunf,  soda and salt. Preheat the appe moulds and grease it with oil. Add spoonful of batter and cook. Turn upside down using wooden stick or knife. Cook until the surface becomes golden brown. Take thin skewers stick and insert them one after another. Garnish it with Mayonnaise, green chutney and ketchup. Serve hott!!                        

Papad Pizza

Happiness is a slice of Pizza Papad. Trying something new and innovative is the main aim of "THE COOKERY SHOWW". Lets take a look Ingredients Papad Boiled potatoes 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 1 Onions (chopped) 1 capsicum (chopped) 1 Sweet Corns (boiled) Black pepper powder Chaat masala Oregano Chili flakes Mayonnaise Tomato Sauce Salt Directions Cut the papad into 4 equal halves. Take oil in a pan and add chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till its nicely cooked. Now add boiled mashed potatoes, boiled corns, chaat masala, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder and salt. (you can also add spices of your choice). Fill the stuffing between 2 equal halves of papad and repeat the same procedure with rest of the papads. Heat oil in another pan. Place these stuffed papads and toast till it becomes lightly crisp. Garnish it with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and serve hot !!!!

Ingredients Burger Bun Sliced potatoes Sliced onions Sliced capsicum Mayonnaise Tomato sauce Chili Sauce Chaat masala Black pepper powder Butter Directions Heat oil in a pan and add veggies. Fry till the become golden pink. Cut the bun into two equal halves and toast it till it till it becomes lightly crisp. Spread tomato sauce and mayonnaise & place veggies. Sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper powder. Add grated cheese and grill it in microwave at 180 C for 3-4 minutes. Serve hott !!! step by step images

Tawa Roti Sandwich

Roti or chapati are Indian breads that are prepared in almost all Indian houses on a regular basis. Made with whole grain especially wheat, roti is a healthy and staple Indian diet dish. As rotis are made with whole grains, it is very easy to digest the Indian bread.  Believe it or not, you can make numerous dishes by using leftover/fresh chapatis. "Roti Sandwich" - one of the healthiest dish you can serve to your kids. INGREDIENTS 3-4 Roti/ chapati 1 capsicum (chopped) 1 onion (chopped) boiled corn boiled potatoes(mashed) chaat masala black pepper oregano Mozzarella cheese (grated) butter 1 tbsp salt DIRECTIONS Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped vegetables for a minute, that is till slightly tender. Add corns, mashed potatoes, chaat masala and salt. Place the roti  onto the hot tawa and spread the mixture over it and add grated cheese and black pepper. Cover this by another chapati and repeat this procedure twice. Apply butt
